Really inspiring man!!!brI am currently challenging my self to do at least 50 push ups, 50 squats, 50 sit ups in a day Not to get better appearance but to feel better because I feel terrible every time I got home from work Too tired to play with the kids brNow after 2 weeks, I feel a lot better More stamina, feel happier with the kids and the wife

I have been trying to do pull ups for more than a year, using negatives mainly, but I still can't do even one! With my hands facing palms towards me I can do seven, but facing away 0 !

I started off with every day at first, and found that when I switched to every other day i had bigger improvements with the day off, im up to 42 sloppy chin ups (32 strict forn) at 190 lbs

Started from 5 pull ups after 6 months was able to pull up 21 times last 3 with legs jerk My goal is one arm pull up so I do weighted pull ups 1-5 times but each month I add extra 10 lb

Good job sticking with it, would be nice to see you do some training programs instead I think you need to eat more to make a difference and also train legs more Try some Jeff Nippard training programs, you're doing really well following through with these challenges, I just don't think they're effective

I did this shit in boot camp in 1997 I was 70 percent stronger and noticeably put some size on my skinny frame at the time when I graduated I had to buy all new clothes because I filled out my shirts I went from a medium size to x-large

My routine (63 years old) at least 3 days a week, 10 sets of: 120 push ups or 150 burpees (with one or two pushups each), 20 squats of different type, 15 abs, 20 low shoulder, 8 pushups on shoulder, a 50 metres quick run between each set

Great progress video but very misleading with the overtraining and rest day info It’s extremely difficult to actually overtrain You’d have to be redlining most days like an endurance athlete or an MMA fighter A bit of DOMS isn’t a reason to not train, but just adjust the load You don’t need any rest days, just deload days to avoid too much fatigue

i was into mass training in my youth one trick that helps you look more cut is peaking your musclesbryou flex your muscles real tight and hold for a few seconds i did as many sets as felt comfortable

would have went better if you would have eaten more calories you asked your body to do more with less so of course you were going to burn out - bodyfat can only fuel you so much; you needed more carbs for energy and more protein to repair the muscle

What would be lovely to see is a 100-day full bodyweight workout challenge - only fairly simple movements Pull ups, push ups and squats/lunges No wieghted vest etc Work out four days a week - upper body (pull ups and push ups) twice and lower body (squats/lunges/sprints) twice

Best way to get your form for pull-ups and to do them evenly is to reach up for the bar hold on to the bar Rock side to side as you loosen your grip and it should give you the perfect distance and straight up and down from your shoulders

Nice but that diet is very bad, cut the carbs have high fat medium protein have as little sugar (yes even “natual sugars”) as possible and keep your meals to twice a day search up dr eric berg for more about that
