Played a similar no wincon control deck, but in bant colors, for like a thousand matches I liked to put a copy of the Urza meld combo in there, so I could keep playing the voicelines to demoralize the other guy until they conceded

Likely just an off-the-cuff remark, but will push back on the idea that the creature lands are auto 4 ofs in every standard deck I’m not even going to count bad decks, just tier 1-3brJust off the top, a control deck may only want a 3-2 split between b/w creature land and mirrixbrBut most obviously, an aggressive deck will not want 4 taped lands

I had been playing Esper Control in Standard a lot and fwiw, it's a pretty fun deck! I had a huge dislike for MTG control decks but this deck made me think otherwise, there's so many ways to play it no one game feels the same Great video as usual Jim!
