This is a quick yoga stretch practice targeting the hips and thighs We take the hip joint through different movements and stretch the muscles surrounding the hips These gentle movements and poses will help relieve tightness and stiffness in the hips, quads, hamstrings, outer hips, inner thighs, and pelvic area I leave you with a few minutes of silence at the end for relaxation or meditation Try it out and let me know what you think! :) Comment from : @YogaUpload |

Oh MANNNN! This was so amazing like a massage! I've added weight training to my life (deadlifts, weighted squats and lunges) and this just opened up and relaxed and rejuvenated my entire lower body!
