I look at OTC Markets as the same as going on local bitcoins website and purchasing Personally, I think its bad for bitcoin because the user could possibly dump on a market BUT i think its GREAT for alts because it allows large orders of smaller coins because the OTC purchase can go directly to your Binance BTC wallet
