I had a Dell pc once and I'll never buy it again, the proprietary parts drove me mad when I was looking to upgrade my pc The case would only fit their propriety power supply, the proprietary motherboard fucking sucked and I was stuck with my cpu since I couldn't upgrade it since I bought one with an older unpopular socket and the i7 I had was the best option there At least it was cheap since it was a pc from a former business but I'd be pissed off I still had to struggle with those things in a 1500$ pc, not 500$ like mine was

My only time dealing with dell customer service was in a local dell shop It was during the GPU crisis and the dell employee offered to sell me his personal Rx 580 8gb card for $1100 💀 or better yet the only other PC they had with a GPU on it was an i3 10100 with 4gb of ram and an EVGA GT 730 1gb gddr3 card for $1200

I can’t say about their customer support and reps cause I got it through Best Buy however the Specs of the Cyberpower has gotten better around at 1500$ range Very competitive and with Best Buy customer support it’s been amazing Thermals sometimes leave a bit to be desired but honestly it’s fine if I’m not over clocking it

Honestly, even buying a regular laptop for school from Dell was god awful They didn't even take the time to use glue or thermal on the hard drive, just regular old MASKING TAPE They even charged me for the repair service when it was clearly their fault All in all, I completely agree that Dell is a scam, and wouldn't recommend them, even to my worst enemy

I got an iBuyPower PC as my first gaming PC around 2008 or 2009 It had an AMD FX-8320 and a GT 650 graphics card I upgraded GPUs and added hard drives for more space and that was about it I went up to a 1660Ti until I finally broke down and built a brand new PC in 2019 brbrI gotta say, a PC that was able to still play games reasonably well (45-70fps depending on the game), I would gladly recommend an iBuyPower PC to someone who is wanting to get into PC gaming but doesn't have the know-how to build their own system
