my gpu goes to 100 utilization as soon as I connect to the internet even on idle In task manager I still see 1 utilization or so but temperature rises from 30 degrees to 80 degrees however i see 100 utilization in other software like HW monitor

bro, I just can't thank you enough I just opened the task manager and found out that the need for speed most wanted 2005 game I just downloaded contained this mining thing and I removed it I'll make sure to check comments next time I'm downloading torrents

How do you know if software is mining? I think Blizzard Entertainment is mining via battle net , when i am not useing my computer the gpu does jump to 10 and core 3 and 6 go up to 85c other 39c to 70c every 5 sec , when you use the computer 10 gpu does go down to 15 sometimes cpu does go back down to 39c but mostly i have to force close battle net to make it stop , i see others asking the same

I think this is a real bad virus I did try a hard drive mining software called Azios or similar name that it might have come in on!brI also think it has something to do with 2 microsoft trusted installer certificates of the same name!!

What if the miner appears to be from an official file or is disguised exactly like an official file For example NahimicexebrEdit: 2:45 okay nevermind I still have it without internet connection along with the “slow down” being constant(but on that note I do know my pc does have a miner on itbrEdit2: after further video review The Nahimic bit miner appears to come from the same pc user as I am

This worked like a charm AntiVir found a few programs which wrote exceptions for Windows Defender so that it couldn't even find them I had like 84°C on my GPU but only 2 utilization Now it's behaving normally again ^^

I'd recommend doing things in this order:br1) a fast scan to get eventually rid of the most obvious threadsbr2) a deep scan, it should help against the majority of everythingbr3) even if you did get rid of the virus in the previous step, run the bootup scan anyway, just for surebr4) if you are so fucked up, that even that didn't work, use a bootable antivirus drive from some big and good antivirus companybr5) reinstall Windowsbr6) trash the computer
