My very first attempt at diamond painting happens to be square drills didn't even know the difference when i bought the kits 3 years ago i have been trying to find the drill pen you use in this video and haven't had any success Can you give me more info on it so i can research and hopefully purchase? Thanks

I prefer round drills But squares are okay I singleplace everything, except if it is a large single colored background In areas with colorblocking I use the ping pong method Ad More Zest showed A make a random line, and when it hit a drill it change direction Like a ping pong ball bouncing around in a small room

I’ve never used the checkerboard method To me, it would take me just as long placing the initial square drills down and try to place them straight than placing them directly up against each other and getting them straight that way But I could be wrong

Yes, would like to see you do a latch hook kit I also do latch hook and it's a lot of fun When I diamond paint I single place, mulitiplace and checkerboard

🆒️ I multi-place when I do squares, but I find that if I only put down 6 drills at a time, the lines are straighter The first square I ever did was for our J Wall event last year ❤️ They do take me way longer to do I do have 4 mystery kits but haven't started one of them yet 🤣🤣

I am fine with either rounds or squares I tend to single place both a lot, but will use a four placer in large areas 👍

You taught me the checkerboard method and I love it! It's always so satisfying when you go back in to fill all the openings that you left and you get those satisfying clicks It's especially great for confetti I do multi-place as well, but only 5 at a time Any more than that and I spend much more time fixing them all which defeats the purpose I hope you're doing awesomely, Laura! I miss hanging out with you in your lives 🤗🔳
