All I did was just download the PS app on my phone and had to resign up but had to agree to the new ToS and that was it; to me the video didn’t help get to the point right away as it was mainly talking and the screen being idle on the main menu

I have a completely different issue I’ve reset my password several times for my account and I’m able to sign into my PS account but only online My PS4 will NOT for whatever reason let me sign in and I can’t figure out why this is the case I was even able to login to my account via the internet browser on the PS4 which worked fine Still no luck doing this on the PS4
