I guess this doesn't work with the built in smart tv apps on my tv? I have an avr for special content but for daily netflix I use the built in netflix app in my Samsung Q90, I guess this doesn't work for all the built in apps since I dont connect it through hdmi to the tv? Any thoughts?

So I have a Dolby atmos sound bar connected to my Samsung smart hub TV box using Arc Would I still get Dolby Atmos if I hook up the phillips box to a regular HDMI port or does it have to go in place of my sound bar? Confused

It is a bit expensive but does sound interesting if you are already a HUE userbrCouple of days ago I was at a friends house, he has a philips TV with the synch LEDs and it works very nice

I still own the original Phillips Ambi Light tv and the lights behind the tv make a better look, my opinion Mine still works and still looks amazing, sad they stop production in the US and this is what we’re left with 🤦🏽‍♂️

I had this box and tried it but ran into a bunch of issues with using it with my Apple TV 4K It wouldn’t sync, it would stop syncing randomly and I ended up returning it Does anyone have any problems like this? any ideas?

Thank you for this video i got the Sync box and having trouble turn it ON philips told me i have to Turn it ON with the app, and when I turn off TV Directv sync box turns OFF how ever lights are still on ????

The Hue Play Sync Box is an interesting product, but as you mentioned, the price point is also a bit too intense

I do a similar thing with the LIFX led strips using the music visualisation effect, doesn’t really work on films and it uses your iPhones mic to pick up the audio, that’s if you’ve activated it with your iPhone
