I’m realizing now that a lot of my mental health/imbalanced life came from not having a friend circle that I consistently turn to And I tried to make up for that with some repetitive behaviors that really didn’t give me what I needed I guess I’m just trying to figure out what I enjoy now and it’s been a cool process of self-discovery, even better having a Christian therapist! "one of the best antidepressants is to get your body moving" yes, but it's also important to not overwhelm yourself, i can't stand for very long without pain bc of physical disability so i do sit down low impact exercises and don't go for longer than i can handle it's important to be careful and not overwhelm your body when trying to help your mind Comment from : Inverted Rose |

Mental health tip for people with depression : get moving You don’t have to work out or go for a walk, even that can feel like too much a lot of the time But if you find yourself in bed in the middle of the day, do something that distracts you from all the feelings inside, and after like half an hour get up Even if you move to the couch Change the scenery around you, go sit outside if you have a garden or a balcony Being in a different place will help your mind get unstuck as well Comment from : Julie Anne |

Dr Tyler stoots of Brevard walk-in clinic when I came to him in a panic attack he came in the room I started to cry as I was telling him what was going on he ripped off his mask and said he wasn't dealing with this Dr kobobel is the owner of the practice in when I was in such shock I walked to my car crying and Dr kobobel called me and discharged me from the practice right there I don't think this is right especially considering Dr kobobel is the stem cell research king of Brevard County shame on him I needed is help and neither one of them helped me Comment from : Jennifer Connelly |
