A few years ago my routine was basically just a ton of push-ups, pull-ups and lunges every other day I was pretty big and had great endurance just doing that I feel like I’ve over complicated my routine in the past few years

Wasn't a fan of pull ups initially Until I realized the bicep gains I received from Chin ups, back definition from pull ups push ups I always did but I've been focusing on doing them slower (5 count up 5 down)

just a clarification proper form is 90 degree elbow bend and your nose should touch the ground not chest

I do pull up for 6 days a week, 5 sets of 10 for this grip order: regular, neutral, chin, wide, regular Twice a week I replace neutral and wide with body weight rows brDone this for the last month and half and gone from 14 max to 18 and chasing that 20 brI do push ups everyday, 5 sets of 20-25, but I’m not as focused on those as pull ups as I needed more back work

I do pull ups weighted 6sets of 3 (add 10 pounds) 2 sets of 2 Increase weight by 2 1/2 pounds after completing all sets(Wed) and before I do that I do 3 sets of 31 close grip push-ups (1 minute rest in between) and add 2 pushups a week and the other pullups day is Saturday and I just do a pull pyramid reps: 10,8,6,4,2,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and one body weight setonce I complete it the weight next week by 5 pounds If I fail it'll be on the first set of 10 and I'll get 9

Great video! During the pandemic I decided that I would do 50 pull-ups everyday I call it the covid-50! On some upper-body days the pull-ups would just be part of the workout and I may do actually a hundred pull-ups that day but no matter what workout I'm doing whether it's lower body or cardio or whatever I always make sure I do my 50 pull ups Anyway thanks for the video!
