I don't have home wifi and my carrier has some pretty bad hotspot throttling so I'm using tetherFi as my wifi, and I basically want a way to mount my phone as a drive on windows wirelessly I've tried an ftp server but it applies a new IP each time the server starts Could you help me find a better solution?

I already have a "server" running on Windows 10 that is my plex server, home automation server and backup server It has tons of storage that I'd like to be able to use for my own cloud storage Can File cloud run on an existing system using that existing storage? Or if I set up a dedicated File Cloud machine, can it use the storage on this server via LAN?

I'm stuck at the idea of keeping your files out of the hands of G, O, and DwaitThings make more sense now Anyways, from what I see, you're still running the risk that someone will get your info What I mean is, wouldn't the most secure route for files storage be something that you keep at home? Can you run PLEX on this? I've got a synology at the moment and it's honestly quite crap, I've been looking for something not very expensive that would yield more consistent results Sometimes video files play, sometimes not, even though they're the same file type with the same metadata I'd rather move away from synology and just ssh into a server like normal Can you help at all?
