Hi guys! anyone can help me give me advise or maybe sharing some tips? brOk so , I'm a uni student who have class from 9 am to 5 pm from monday to friday sometimes end at 4 pm but anyway after class usually I'm so tired and I feel like collapsing n feel like I cannot study anymore so I will take a break and start again by 8 to 9 pm I tried to make a summary for topics I learn that day and it consume me like 1 topic atleast 1 hour and usually I have around 4 topics that day and by the time I finish recapping what I learn that day it ends like 10 to 11 pm which ill move to my next agenda which preparing for tomorrow classes which also 3 to 4 topics , each topic are usually heavy need more reading form textbook and google so I might end up until 2 am and I can't find a time to do any active recall question or do any notes I find that do handwritten notes make me more focus than typing so I try my best to stick with handwritten notes So I'm still struggling to find the best method for myself and to improve my better self I really really want to achieve 4 00 this year but I have like many heavy subjects this semester (immunology, hematology, toxicology, phlebotomy, biostatistics, endocrine disease ) every topic is also heavyI feel like it is impossible but I really want to try get that 400, so please anyone please help me give me some advise on how should I juggle around , I really want to figure this out before my midsemester exam Anyway, thank you in advance for reading this comment! please stay safe everyone and take care of your health ^^

I also did this when I was a student as well (different apps/programs), and I highly recommend all students to do so as well It's really a habit work getting used to Allows you to learn how to manage your workload and time better For beginners, you finally figure out how much work you can do each day/week and effectively manage your whole life (eating healthier and being more active)brUnfortunately, I didn't get a 40kind of impossible for my program (rarely any students in my program got it - the average for all was 34) Either way, still helps a lot to prepare/organize head of time It's a skill and habit that helped me even with my current job

What about the SQ3R method? I use S for Synthesize or Summarize These work very well It takes longer, initially, but you will remember the content longer!
