A thing to remember, doing the 5 hit combo on an enemy will knock them out the longest, while throwing them to the ground will only do so for a very short period of time

I have been playing this game since around the time it released and I never knew you could take their guns I would always grab them or tranq them

pro tip: dive into enemies to instantly knock them down you can hold them up from here by drawing your weapon i prefer this to cqc takedowns since hold ups are effectively indefinite and normal holdups run the risk of the enemy drawing on you cqc while prone is also fun, try it from different angles
