If you turn off v-sync, make sure the max fps is the Hz monitor limit, otherwise, it will result in massive screen tearing

In my case it actually helps me cuz when vsync is off even with 700fps it seems laggy and not up to the refresh rate that my monitor runs, so I just have it on and capped at 165hz
