Keurig instructions didn't address the issue with the four point plug I've been brewing ground coffee for quite awhile and everytime my Keurig would splash coffee all over the counter Your video was extremely helpful as it said to remove the four point plug when you have a four prong Keurig First cup of ground coffee without splashing!!! the incomplete instructions that come with the adapter are unacceptable, their are other adapters that do not require removing the brew basket brI have two of these adapters which I will use but the removing of the basket to use these adapters will limit their usage Comment from : tom lathrop

Let me join the chorus of those thanking you for this video I just replaced my Bunn Drip maker for a Keurig Supreme because it just wasn't making the coffee hot enough anymore I bought the my keurig reusable filter because believe it or not, the kcups of my favorite coffee make it too strong I made two cups with the filter and could not understand why the coffee tasted awfully weak no matter how I packed the cup with grounds Well, your video explained itremove the red rubber stop so now the five holes are open not just one for the water to flow through! I just got My K-Cup universal coffee filter from Amazon and the "max fill" mark inside the gray filter is not clear It appears to have tiny images of coffee makers, but no ''MAX" They are astride a line just below the top rim Might that be it?
