Hello! I am a competitive swimmer and this means I am in the pool approximately 8x/week The chlorine is very harsh and totally strips any oils from my face I don’t wear foundation or too much of anything that can clog my pores and while that helps a little bit, I still have swimmers acne Would these products help? Especially considering the time I’m in the pool or working out? Thanks!

My skin would break out immediatly if i used that many products Even direktly after a sheet mask if i don`t take the access product off after My Skin would get red, it would feel hot on my face and pimples start to show after an hour But i found my own routine that helped me with redness and pimples :) I use AHA - PHA peeling in the shower, after that i put niacinamide serum on my face combined with pure aloevera gel After that a Ceramide cream and thats it

I agree 100 with what is said here, and I am proof of it I have loved skincare since I was in high school And was and still am always attracted to how to maintain my skin looking healthy without makeup I really use the minimum The only foundation, if you can call it that, that I use is the Freshwater tint from Chanel I'm not going to lie, I have good skin because I took care of it, but it wasn't until I started working in a Senior property with 45 Korean lady residents, that I changed completely to Korean skincare These ladies are twice my age, and they all have beautiful skin Korean ladies, rather spend their money on skincare than makeup I love Korean skincare and it's worth every penny But also, it's very inexpensive
