Gta should add a server with no weaponized vehicles, just regular old GTA 2013 style online, we would see alot more carmeets, people appreciating their cars more, more drive bys, i just feel like it would have a funner feel to it

I dont think alot of people will understand what im saying, but gta loading times are long since the game only uses 1 cpu core, which is why ps3 took a long time although when consoles had more cores instead of using all of them and speeding up loading times the devs never did this meaning loading times didnt improve by alot
