I love the muscle memory tip for sticking to a certain zoom I would say go even further and don't switch scoped sniper rifles Stick with one because you begin to understand that guns bullet speed and drop and leading enemies becomes muscle memory as well

Yeah, sniping in this game as a casual is just straight up not fun The comp players just snipe you with a 360 no scope from across the map (in my experience)

Since I am a console player, I use the M1903 Experimental When it comes to close quarters, I use it's pistol ammunition to take down enemies When there's an enemy in the distance, I'll shoot him down, usually not succeeding on killing him I might start using the Martini Henri Infantry once I get it

the only magnification you can commit to is 5x because marksman variants go up to 5x and sniper variants have 5x as there least magnification

no mention of movement spread? when using sniper rifles, you need to stand still for a split second when you shoot for the most accurate shot strafing while shooting increases your spread making you a lot less accurate

These tips are what really work for me bmisses 90 of shots/b lol, not bashing just funny, I miss alot too still, sad part is I miss alot of shots that should be easy on enemies around 100m away that are still yet when I just shoot moving targets even further or in blimps it takes only 2 shots lol

I never really though of a K bullet as an annoying tactic I always thought it sucked at taking out vehicles! Now it all makes sense finish off a tank that's in critical thank you man! Its more viable for me now lol

After advancing into betterment, I highly recommend going into the infantry variants of scout weapons You can set magnification to 2x, versus the Marksman variant having 4x, which really has no noticeable advantage-plus, instead of sitting back like Chris Kyle, you can play the objective if your game mode includes capturing or pushing enemy lines I never resort to any scope use accept for when all I want to do is counter-snipe from many hundreds of meters away Scoped-weapons make close-quarter-combat quite difficult for abundantly clear reasons Infantry variants are for the aggressive, skillful, close to long-range combatants who end up with many tens of thousands of points

Btw, the SMLE Carbine is seriously OP in my opinion It retains the full length SMLE sweet spot and damage, still has a 10 round capacity, can cycle while shouldered, and with the dot reticle is a head shot machine It has no drawbacks which annoys me even though i use it to my advantage On the flip side the Russian Trench is very under powered imo It loses damage AND the sweet spot, doesnt get an optical, has only 5 shots, and the only advantage over the infantry is it cycles a little quicker but who cares when it does so much less damage? That gun needs an update if you ask me

One thing ive done is focused on the Euro type scope crosshair It can be harder to get good with than the American type that you and most snipers use but can go a long way towards keeping others from using your dropped rifle against you if you get nabbed

You can use the K bullets to disable vehicle parts too It normally takes 3 shots Doom49 has a good video showing the crit spots to hit on tanks

I can't snipe in this game Don't know why but everyone in the Asia servers is like Deadshot They never miss a shot, everytime i poke my head out i just died instantly Side strafing doesn't help either
