The best investment I've ever made was to buy a pull-up dip station off of Amazon I also bought a black puzzle piece floor mat to put under it It stands beside my bed I literally put on 20 lb of muscle in about 2 years And I was always notoriously tall and skinny I didn't start doing this until my '40s I now look at YouTube videos of muscle ups, and different other tricks that I'm working on lol Comment from : JL Holleman |

For what I had experienced by doing pull ups, Push ups, Dips, Jump Squat everyday, it is better than go to the gym and heavier and burn more fat as this is all compound muscle exercise Push ups and Dips for chest, tricept, Pull ups for Back and Bicept, Jump Squat for Legs, by just keep doing those exercise, your body will get fit very quick If you want make these exercises harder, take a bag, push some weight in there such as put book, bottle with water, anything that add weight, wearing your bag and start doing pull up, push ups, squat, it is harder even you just add 5 kg, it did harder, trust me, If you worry about your Abs, hang your body on the pull up bar and doing leg raise, better than Sit Ups 100 time and it will help you get your abs quicker combined with healthy diet(no sugar, no junk food, no grease food, eat more fruit and vegetables) your body will completely changed in 3 months, trust me, I just tell you what I do and it really work for mebrbrFor Reps: I do 100 pull ups, 100 Push Ups, 50 Dips and 50 Legs Raise while hanging body on the pull up bar for my abs and 100 jump squat every day brbri could not perform all those exercises before but over the time my body just getting stronger and at the moment, these exercises is just like my daily habit, make sure you wake uo early and work out so you can have time for the rest of the day Comment from : Sadboizz 1207 |
