i got this phone yesterday and still learning thank you so much for the very helpful tips However, sometimes when i receive a call or sometimes when i'm makeing a call the screen goes black and the only way that i can get back to any screen is to turn the phone off using the button on the right but it disconnects the call the help desk had me do a factory reset and it did not work how can i get this from happening?
