Hey, my gigabyte 3070 oc 8gb weirdly reaches power limit when it hits 240-250 watts, sometimes it jumps to 262watts and drops from 1950 to 1935mhz Any ideas why does it throttle at 240-250 when the max power consumption is 270watts? (Havent done any oc yet)
