Love the video I'm a Millwright by trade old school gamer like Commodore 64 used was the best I could afford I'm recently disabled from neck surgery failure and because I was under 55 I had to let government take my home just to be able to apply for disability, long story short I can't do 1/10 of what I could before and contemplating my very existence But I'm kinda good at cobling things together, I can't afford to build a multi GPU mining rig but I do have a couple MoBos and CPUs and maybe 1 or 2 laptops that are not being used So any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated like what OS to use windows/Linux My body is broken 😫 but my 🧠 still works well sorta and I'm almost out of will

i just try with minexmr pool with 170 computer (i5 gen 8) and i get 250 kH/s per day i got $400 per month thats so cool wkwkwkwk

So I just tested this out on a rig that has 1 GPU at 47 Megahash ETH mining when i enabled XMRig to mine on the CPU concurrently, the ETH hash dropped about 7 Megahash when XMR started running down to 39-40 MHash This is not worth it to me for the trade off NOPE not an option for me Just my own evidence at work here Perhaps there are tweaks needed to make this work right?!?

U could do mining with Phone, yes I know it sounds idiotic and it kinda is, there are some low cache algos aviable, react native xmrig is 1in all as it jumps between algos, considing you can get used Phone with 20euros, my 3phones make, 23 k/hs yes kh/sbrIt dosent have referall system and its open source

in the uk the e3-1245-v3 cpu is cheap on ebay its a 4th gen cpu and works in any lga1150 board the cpu has 8 threads and 8 megs of cache you want to use MONERO OCEAN its more profitable than plain monero but raptoreum is the biggest cash reward my rigs are on turtle or raptoreum - but i swing into monero ocean occassionally turtle only needs one meg of cache per thread all my cpus have uprated coolers i dont like the cpus over 80 degrees

I have a few videos on this too :) I mine on all my cpu's (about 25), with the exception of the rebtech boards I have them spread out though, I mine some QRL, Verus, Monero, raptoreum and I mine monero to unmineable and exchange it for some coins as well both in hiveos and windows Rabid mining and Mad electron engineering also do a lot of cpu mining, definitely not a popular thing to do though

A concern with Monero on Windows PCs is that my ISP actually had Monero blocked! I have to run through a VPN to get it to work I mined with my 3950X for several months with decent results CPU is currently re-tasked with Chia plotting, but once that's finished, yes, it will go back to Monero mining It's less power-efficient than GPU mining, to be surebut I see it as a tool in my toolbox and I'm darn sure gonna use it!
