about having fun some heists i will only play OD 1 time just for the achiev (go bank is one of them, i dont like that heist at all, even normal dificulty) while others i keep playing in DW or OD because i enjoy it (doesnt matter if its loud or stealth)

Wait, mayhem was added for a reason? i skipped from overkill to OD, you forgot the basic step to do that, with both armor and suits, one of the most important step (after enjoying the actual game and not playing in a pub) which is to USE COVER! I can't tell you how many times, i copied your build and so do about 2 public players in the lobby (one exception is like a strange armor player) and they get into custody in the first assault wave because they didn't take cover! There is a massive difference between OD and overkill, but if you know fps mechanics, armor mechanics and how to buy skills/weapons already you might as well move to OD, i was just pointing it out, learn gameplay basics and enjoy are pretty much the 2 steps with a couple of ways to do so

0:24 Do cops really spawn more often and more need to be killed before the assault wave ends on One Down compared to other difficulties? I though only number of players affect spawn rates and assault wave lengths were the same

yeah DW is the only fun difficulty for me It's not too easy and brainless like OVK and below but also not stupidly difficult like One Down

Well, there's one thing I cant agree with: in most cases, you've got to have Hostage taker aced (or at least basic) to regen some of your h/p, so you wont go into custody every goddamn second Besides, if you dont have the DLC for the GLs, you can use shotguns with dragon breath rounds to stun enemies and set em on fire Those rounds also pierce through shields, plus flaming rounds can help you to make your way to the escape through crowds of cops, so you will never go wrong with it

What about body expertise, I want to use it on 1d with the minigun, although the range of the minigun is a pain to deal with, it's fun and challenging nonetheless The minigun still shreads the visors of dozers here though :P

Don't be my friend who doesn't understand what he builds He doesn't realize half the stuff his builds do and doesn't know how to optimize it as he is basically a kid in a candy shop and wants it all but can't have it all I try to get him to learn some skills that work well together but he doesn't possess the technical knowledge of the game even though he can do well without any skills even in overkill difficulty

Incendiary nades are very good at area denial, especially in one down If you're having trouble, try soloing some missions and it might work out Stealth is pretty much the same

I liked all of the tips, but it didn't leave much room for experementing for yourself, it would be nice if you had added some damage requirements as in "you need i_/i damage to oneshot most of the enemies", or "I reccomand staying above i_/i damage to stay ammo efficent"

b33croft, do you feel like Overkill->Mayhem->Death Wish->One Down is as they should be? My crew found Overkill easy and Death Wish too intense, so were hoping Mayhem would be good but it feels like the jump from OVK->M is just as bad, if not worse than the old OVK->DW due to the massive bullet sponges

Great tips for people who are just starting to looking into One Down! I would really suggest a team setup with everybody having a little different build, so the team has everything it needs :) And bring a lot of doctor bags :D
