Matthew, I've heard analysts mention that when the FED begins a rate cut cycle that it's a good indicator of economic recession, as the FED is cutting rates to avoid disaster that is right around the corner (Or already here) They have pointed out that when the FED begins cutting rates we have consistently seen pullbacks in equity markets due to said economic conditions Do you think this analysis is correct and we see lower prices this year due to economic recession at the same time rates are being cut (IE bank failures ect)? I know low rates and cheap money (Inflation) is bullish for asset markets, but the path back to low rates could be recessionary and cause breaks in the system before we get there I'd love to hear your thoughts
