Oh wow the first step worked on my Macbook air 2017 I unscrewed the back and lifted the battery for 30 seconds and boom it turned on Life saver!!!!!

Hey man, THANK YOU!!! I know you saved me tons of money My MacBook Air charger kept blinking, and my laptop wouldn't charge I found you and followed your instructions and my laptop is now charging, and the light on the charger that indicates your laptop is charging is no longer blinking, and it's a solid color again indicating that the laptop is charging Thank you so very much The only money I spent was the purchase of the P5 and the T5 screwdriver set, (I purchased the Mako Precision Bit Set for $40 bucks, because I didn't want to drive all around looking for the individual screwdrivers lol) which is a great investment as well I'm good now 😃 THANKS!!!

I just had the same problem I tried everything for the black screen and the one thing that no one mentioned was taking the back off of the laptop and disconnecting and reconnecting the screen Disconnecting and reconnecting the screen worked as a last resort
