This is Van Helsing for the Xbox, it's a movie licence game based on the movie by the same name It's a very decent Devil May Cry clone with allot of things to find and a good variety of weapons It can be a bit unfair at times what with enemies shooting you from off the screen and the fights themselves having too many respawns but the checkpoint system is good (saves every room) and if you're backtracking you can just skip fighting everything no issue

I miss when movie studios would make video games of their movies as a way to promote it to younger audiences Van Helsing and Star Wars Episode 3 movie games are two of my favorites

This was my very first Xbox game and when the skeletons popped up in the first mission I fuckin screamed and promptly turned my Xbox off Good game!

This reminds me more of the Castlevania games than Devil May Cry Also I'm astonished at how high Van Helsing can jump, for a mere mortal Sucks Carl isn't in this He could have been like Van Helsing's assistant and popped in from time to time to give him weapons, ammo, or heath power ups Also can somebody please tell me what that round clock-like meter on the far left corner does? It seems to spin around in red when ever Van Helsing is in combat

There is another life increaser up above stones on the train station And i would like to suggest that try to explore the whole place before proceeding to the next route because there are additional power ups and skeletons for money
