I listen to this and it feels like I’m home I look forward to listening to this every day if I can I hope Meditative Mind puts all the others in this series back up The far away/static sound is far more powerful than the louder, clearer version they came out with a year after posting this It’s the exact same music but this version is like magic I facebooked them and they said they would try to find those and get back to me, but I keep looking and they aren’t in yet It must be because the music has a certain static to it, and how the tones aren’t crystal clear, but this entrains my brain MUCH better than the updated versions I commented on the newer version a lot just because I put my first comment there as I was about to listen the louder version and since the music was the same, just louder/clearer, I figured it would work just as well or better But it didn’t My ears may prefer clarity of sound, but my brain prefers a consistent static This is something I listen to for its effects, not its beauty Although it’s very beautiful too But if the updated version is supposed to be more beautiful, this one is more effective Comment from : ChromaChamaeleon |

This really helps, and at 228 hz no less! I was expecting the traditional 396, but not all hz levels work for all people I have a lot of Root Chakra and Throat Chakra problems, and actually the biggest problems for me come from my healthy chakras over-reacting and trying to fix the problems by themselves I learned that these two were 'sluggish' at reiki, which I just began after many years of self-study of the chakras But I want to say thank you for a root chakra track that actually works for me Please, everyone should try reiki, and I hope you get a great practitioner like mine! Especially if you have root chakra, self-identity problems, the last thing you need is someone prying and trying to get you to tell them everything about your issues The best healer is one that gets to the healing and accepts whatever you tell them I am going to learn reiki for myself soon and hope to help some people get their lives in order!
