Hi, I need some help, I bought a long option in $wkhs 2 days ago with a strike price of $1550 the share price closed at just over $1600 and my option is -$5500 for the day , I'm a little confused I thought if the stock moves over the strike price it would be worth more money but unfortunately it's not Have I bought the wrong option should I have bought a higher strike price option, any help would be much appreciated Comment from : H Mavros |
My boy Trump will swing it to Ohio Workhorse will get the contract they rubbing d*^ks rite now thinking about all the money they going to make Comment from : Buttnutcookie |
Most people don’t know that Karsan bid for the NYC taxi upgrade project in past and lost The reason according to NYT was “The rejection came after a review raised concerns about whether the Turkish company, untested in the American market, could reliably execute the high-concept product it had designed” Why would it be any different now? brbr wwwnytimescom/2011/05/02/nyregion/karsan-from-turkey-is-rejected-as-new-york-taxihtml Comment from : ibec69 |
I read after all bids are placed they have 90 days to pick They can't go pass September 20 is this accurate? Comment from : Olittle |
Decent review but personally I don't understand why people do hybrid Still an ice engine in terms of maintenance with added complications of integrating electric brFully electric is the way to go Plugging I vehicle at end of route is pretty easy training Average route is 201 miles per route Workhorse has 100 mile range brMy prediction is workforce gets 80 and ford gets 20 Also transition will be gradual making training and range anxiety easier Comment from : Craig |
Mahindra is out Comment from : Va K |
Wht abt Nikola? Comment from : Sudhir Sharma |
youtube/zpWSH-vc_Lc Comment from : The3MinutesReview The3MinutesReview |
Well if workhorse gets it, usps can partner with blink charging too install all the charging stations at all of their facilities and I'll double down ! Hybrid might make more sense though if usps doesnt want to install the infrastructure Comment from : WestCoastPCbuilder |
Good video but you didn't think about the politics of it Its election year and Trump wants Ohio and guess who is in Ohio? WorkHorse, and its a fully American company Its all about America first and jobs Lastly relationship between Turkey and US isn't the best right now with the invasion of syria by Turkey which is attacking US allies there So i'm going for WorkHorse Comment from : Ghostsniperable |
Big flaw in your argument : hybrid maintenance cost is way more Comment from : jimmy lee |
I wish Tesla was like you guys though Austin, TX was for the cybertruck hahahaha Comment from : Jared P |
Will they be buying Tesla vehicles ? Comment from : Cosmic |
Will it be Ford stocks or Oshkosh stocks? Comment from : Ted Malabey |
I suppose Trump and cronies already own bunch of these stocls no wonder the USPS killing has begun Comment from : STEPIQUE 8892 |
JMO of course though the Morgan Olson/Karsan team sounds good on paper they are not publicly traded in the US With the current administration focused on the stock market awarding the contract to a privately held/foreign listed partnership would not give any “boost” to the market or add any political value to the current administration Karsan is traded in Turkey (currently @ $260 ish a share) I wish I could hedge my bet at that price! I’m going to run with Workhorse! Good insights Thank you Comment from : George Tifft |
I believe there could be partial contracts given I believe workhorse will get some percentage of the contract as will Ford Ford gives them stability, longevity, and familiarity Workhorse gives them fully electric, American made, and the future of trucks I think they will use fords trucks while building infrastructure and training staff for workhorse to hit the roads with all the necessary infrastructure in place to transition Comment from : Successful_Manager |
When is the deadline for usps contract? Comment from : Based Nation |
“The Moving Forward Act would require USPS to replace its fleet of Grumman Long-Life Vehicles with at least 75 “electric or zero-emission vehicles”brbrThe bill would also require the agency to make at least 30 of its medium and heavy-duty vehicle fleet electric or zero-emission by 2030, and by 2040, the bill would prohibit the Postal Service from buying new non-electric or non-zero-emission vehicles”brbrAll this points to workhorse Just my humble opinion Comment from : Alexo |
Hybrids are the least efficient in terms of mechanical efficiency, weight and maintenance They are neither here nor there especially as a workhorse for commercial deliverybrbrI think it is a mixed buy between WKHS and Ford ICE vehicles are great if the electrical grid is not available for its long haul deliveries and WKHS will serve in cities that have a good electric grid infrastructure I say 30-70 buy split Comment from : MindTwister |
I heard Kodak is getting the contract ;) Comment from : Randopalooza |

Mahindra is non longer in the running Please do your DD before publishing your videos It’s making you seem not very well informed Comment from : Franco Zamboli |
When will the contract be announced?! Comment from : El Señor |
My civilized response 😁I still think the contract is going to be split at least 50/50 From a business perspective it only makes sense to diversify the purchase Now that Mahindra is out, how WKHS doesn't get at least 1/3 of this deal would blow my mind Hearing your rational and analysis i will say Karsen and Workhorse split the winnings Thanks Nick Comment from : Ticker |
One thing that’s not being discussed WKHS offers a range extender which can be petroleum or hydrogen powered In fact, WKHS and PLUG Power have a successful delivery truck in operation NOW in New York The future will be WKHS and hydrogen fuel cell provide by PLUG power! Comment from : Doyle Brackins |
They are electric but also American and no way trump gives it to a non American and not electric They have there location in Ohio which trump needs to win that state Comment from : Troy Barton |
Great to see a video on Workhorse weighing both pro's and cons on investing on it Most videos I've seen just conclude Workhorse as a winner without detailing the other companies that are bidding also Comment from : Somnang Sun |
How can I buy karsan though? Comment from : Hyungtae Kim |
Why Workhorse will Win or get most of USPS contract 1 Ark invested is huge and should tell other investors to get in (a signal), 2 Based on $25 B on USPS - Requirements and the US Act on 0 Emissions should also tell you which company (Wkhs) has the upper hand, 3 Trump - EV or 75 is definitely another huge factor on Wkhs winning bid Overall, this should be WKHS getting 75-80 of the $25 B, and Oshkosh/Ford getting 20-25 Comment from : Robert Dearteaga |
Positive Investing been right in most of his advices from previous videos Morgan Olson is base in Michigan and a swing state which Trump will still try to win votes Comment from : Somnang Sun |
I'm voting for Trump if Workhorses gets the contract Comment from : RedEyeJediGaming |
Great video Nick, please more Workhorse as I love your thesis Perhaps after Monday and as you know Mahindra has left the race Comment from : sham singh |
Wouldn't USPS also have to do a massive overhaul to their infrastructure as well to install charging stations at every station Comment from : E |

Wasnt it supposed to come out last month? Thought they won last month Comment from : Leonardo Da Westie |

You have 55k subscribers and it would be nice if you stayed informed about the most up to date information on the videos you make Mahindra dropped out (I know others have commented that) brbrKarsan br hybrid option - requires more moving parts and more maintenance costs over life of vehiclebr Bulky design not practical for driving / maneuvering around tight angles/ close to mailboxes imobr Possible us sanctions on turkey don’t bode wellbrbrWorkhorse br perfect vehicle for stop / go driving br Significantly less maintenance - much lower total cost of ownershipbr Almost all mail drivers go less than 100 miles a day so range conerns shouldn’t be a problembr Don’t understand your argument that learning how to drive electric truck will take lots of time / training I don’t think it’s really that hard br Only company that can do drone delivery (usps has considered future autonomous delivery)br Workhorse has proprietary telematics system for optimal fleet monitoring / performance (Louis dejoy wrote letter to employees first days of job about need to increase route / driving efficiency) br Most modern looking imo - I know that’s subjective and hard to argue but I think that should have at least a small percentage (say 5 of an argument to be made) brbrFord br You already talked about main problems relating to ford - ice vehicle but I would add their CEO just unexpectedly put in his resignation- again doesn’t bode well for a company in the midst of a $6 billion contract award decision Comment from : Will Nurss |
Ok, so now I have a choice between Positive Investing and ARK Invest, let me think for a second, done, ARK it is Comment from : HT Lau |

Does karson have a ticker symbol cant find it Comment from : Jay |
Always love the videos, it’s always good to hear the unbiased side of the argument I have about 30 shares in workhorse, not too much My Bullish thesis is based solely on the fact that the USPS president is a Trump donor I think that will lineup in workhorses favor, I can definitely see the president pressuring the head of USPS to give the contract to his state he hopes to win in the election Wow this could also favor Carson I think personally it leans more in workhorses favor The state of Ohio will be important to win Comment from : Will @ 3rd & Long |
Thanks nick you are the man my brother Comment from : Eddie Dominguez |
Great Video! Comment from : Michael Perry |
I read the comment section and I realized you missed a lot of informations Another thing I notice missing is that yesterday at the Board of Governors meeting, Postmaster General Louis Dejoy said the USPS has a “broken business model” and “without a dramatic change, there is no end in sight, and we face an impending liquidity crisis” That could means that they can’t afford to go back to ICE or hybrid, even if it makes thing easier for them They need to adopt to survive Also it'd be a waste of money if they build the whole infrastructure for plugin hybrid just to go back to gasoline Comment from : Trung Cao |
You are a daily and a dollar short One of the 4 bidding companies have pulled out of the bidding war There is 3 left Comment from : Tom Horak |

from reading and YouTube doesn't the contract state that 75 of the UPS contract has to be "Full Electric" so I think that is what pushes the bet further in workhorses favour?? or at least getting a good of the contract? Comment from : Stuart Spink |
First of all thank you so much for researching and informing all your viewers! One of the reasons I see workhorse wining the contract is because I heard that ups delivery vehicles only travel 15 miles a day which could be very cost effective if workhorse is rewarded the contract! Comment from : Bejan Ghavami |

Are you shorting the stock? Comment from : Christopher Bennett |

I believe Ford might get it, because of they stocks is so cheap too! Comment from : Freddie Butler |
In additiona to all the bullish comments that were already posted here, I would like to add my own :) Although you make a valid point that Karsan may be an attractive choice due to the fact that they have gas as a back up in case the truck runs out of charge, however there are several things that we need to consider: 1 As someone already mentioned, USPS is required to have at least 75 of their trucks 100 electric 2) I believe that although workhorse is purely electric and usps will have to worry about charging their trucks and although it may cause some inconvenience, but because of emergence of EVs, there are a lot of charging stations available already, so USPS would probably need to modify their routes in such a way so that trucks would be able to recharge themselves as needed on their way to the next delivery I also believe that thanks to workhorse USPS will become a lot more efficient and will save tons of money; workhorse trucks offer great milage, also electricity is a lot cheaper than gas so USPS will greatly cut their expenses and also most important factor that I think about is that Workhorse has an innovative delivery system with their drone which none of their competors have Even if for example the truck will need to stop to recharge, while they are charging they can send out the drone to deliver the package As per my research about this company, their drones are capable to cover a lot of ground Another huge benefit tof having a drone, will make deliveries extremly time efficient when the driver sends the drone to deliver one package and meanwhile goes and delivers another package That would expedite the delivery times and therefore would increase customer satisfaction Also due to this new innovation, I think that USPS would probably be able to raise their prices a bit to build back all that money that they lost over the years I have been doing research on workhorse all day today and since they are reporting their earnings on Monday and as of right now I don't think there is anyway they will report any postive news about their earnings, I believe their stock will dip and that would be a perfect entry point for me to buy a steak in this company As of right now I am officially a bull for workhorse! Thank you for all your content and keeping things in perspective Comment from : Roger |
So do you think USPS will wait another 30 years to go electric? Comment from : Raymond |
I think Workhorse has a good chance because the Moving Forward Act requires USPS to replace vehicles with "75 electric or zero emission vehicles by 2030" And from a business perspective, it makes more sense to go fully electric, to avoid spending more money to transition into electric vehicles later on Just like you said, most of the vehicles they use now are from the 80s and 90s, so i think they would want future vehicles to last for the long run Comment from : AmorphousEcru |
Does anyone remember that the USPS was nearly bankrupt in 2012 and earlier this year and the only reason for survival was federal aid? Comment from : Gannon Kupko Sr |
A driving factor i believe for workhorse that had not been discuss, USPS wants to use the same fleet for as long as possible In this case they used their current fleet until it was literally catching flames at 30 years old Its already in motion that governments will be forcing ICE engines out and no emission engines onto the scene within the next 10 years California has already shown that they want trucks to be 0 emission by 2025 and while many states don't share the same views as California, i believe many will also make this step within the lifespan of this fleet With this in mind, the discussion in the board room cant be "whats comfortable" but rather "what will allow us to get the greatest value for the longest period of time" thank you for listening to my thesis Comment from : Thesis Hines |
It's Ford or Workhorse No way Trump would give the contract to Turkish or Indian companies Election year remember? Comment from : Bob Cruze |
which three 3 company left guys pls Comment from : baldan |
I think it will be Oshkosh They are the US governments step child I'm a civilian mech overseas with the US Mil and you don't realize how much influence they have Comment from : Rich D |
Would appreciate your thoughts on LCA? Comment from : Chris R |
Didn't Mahindra drop out? Anyway, California, in the very near future will only allow electric commercial vehicles and other states will follow Ford's CEO just resigned and that doesn't look good The USPS needs to show profits, badly, and EVs will be a big help: No oil changes, no transmission fluid changes, no coolant changes, less mechanical parts to repair, less mechanics WH will most likely get a big chunk, plus they're a US company in Ohio Most mail routes are less than 30 miles, so range isn't an issue My dad is a retired mailman They most certainly are ready for electric Lol!! Comment from : ILC 1234 |
You know “Mhindra” is out from the bidding, right? And you know none of the other two companies are fully electric Also even if a foreign company do their assembly in US doesn’t mean their revenue stays in US as well Yes, they’re creating jobs but they’re taking money to their countries too Comment from : God bless USA |
1) workhorse winner due to a lot of political force i feel like, they’ll get the partial or big chunk of the contract Rest will go to ford Also ford depends on ups the prices given to them for each van if ford can do them pretty competitive they might be the second winner (if ups going to electric but vehicle cost is high I’ll think again if i should stick with ford if they offer good competitive prices) br2) ford: mentioned above br3) Karsanbr4) Mahindra Comment from : Iqbal Johal |
GO AMERICAN, GIVE SMALL COMPANIES A CHANCE AT GREATNESS!! Comment from : Carlos Mercado |
My friend very good video I don’t know if you would read my comment and even if u read I don’t know you can look into my request brbrINPX - what is the crazy Price forcast and why Please advice if you canbrbrThank u 🙏🙏 Comment from : Anil Kumar |
1- Mahindra dropped out 2- Wkhs is the only pure EV bidder 3-WKHS/ Lords town motor is strongly supported by Trump/Pence Fun fact- WKHS is only other EV stock own by ARK invest besides Tesla( Thank Nukem)!!!! Comment from : L-MO |
i like all of your video but you didn't do your research right Comment from : Carlos alessio |
Great video while I’m bullish on Wkhs I do agree with your assessmentI work for the Usps and we have 100 trucks on our lotI would like to know how long it takes to charge one up also I would like to know who would be responsible for charging them perhaps maintenance? Bcz no way are the supervisors going to want you spending 10 minutes let alone 30 minutes to charge one when they want you on the road ASAP bcz they have 10 open routes 😂 Comment from : Joe Smith |
Ford will win the contract Comment from : Philip John |
Mahindra pulled out of the competition today, I've heard Comment from : InnerG84 |
I believe they may go a three way split: Workhorse, Larson, Oskosh/Ford They still need longer range vehicles in rural areas, etc California is not the only state to get mail Comment from : Keith Dunton |
All government vehicles have a requirement to be zero emission by 2035 Why would USPS buy the others? Range anxiety? USPS hardly drive more than 25 miles a day They stop and go from mailbox to mailbox, house to house Comment from : Roger Escarda |
All three companies have been testing the vehicles since 2015 with USPS, Mahindra is out The moving forward act specifically states 75 of the fleet must be zero emissions WKHS is certified in all 50 states and has received CARB approval in California California is also awarding 50K in incentives for each zero emissions vehicle WKHS is the only company’s that is FMVSS certified NOW The contract money must be spent before sept 30th TRUMP needs Ohio, TRUMP was in Ohio promising jobs a while ago and was there recently again This all just happened, just luck, a coincidence? Not to mention they have a drone for last mile delivery (Horsefly), which they’ve been testing with UPS The cost savings is incredible but I can’t remember the numbers, but it was huge for each individual vehicle per mile/maintenance etc BULLISH! Also, they have two other vehicles for larger package deliveries C 650 and C 1000 UPS contract✅ DHL contract✅ Ryder systems contract✅ working with FEDEX✅🚀🚀🚀🚀📈📈📈📈 Comment from : Chris Rollins |
Honestly man, I value your opinion But USPS has had the same trucks since the 90’s Needless to say whatever they buy is gonna be to hold them off for 2 or 3 more decades Comment from : KingBoozey |
WKHS BULL 🐂 all the way! 📣📣📣👏 Comment from : Karla D |
Nice vid Good to have multiple perspectives on things Comment from : JJDBaca |
One important comparison would be to see long term cost of operation on the 2 remaining options That may give a better idea for ranking IMObrbrSorry , couldn't get my comment in the first hour But in my defense, I was driving for the last 4 hours Comment from : Dave Who Cares |
