Recently bought a Ledger Nano X Did setup plugged into computer My Nano won’t turn on unless it’s plugged in computer (when it’s plugged in it charges) Ledger Customer Service is AWFUL No phone number You have to communicate via email I tell them my problem…they say to drain battery and recharge… I can’t drain because it won’t turn on They won’t email me back to get replacement Not happy

I watched your video and bought a nano s from Amazon It does not work and Amazon will not take them back Just a warning It will not allow me to set it up properly Go through the whole set up and next time you plug it in, nothing wants to go through set up again Ledger does their best not to communicate with customers Happy I didn't transfer any crypto to this
