Monarch is B/C , Legion is in upper A, Northstar is an absolut S and Ronin is B , Scorch is very funny to play but not so powerfull so it's a upper B , Ion is A like Tone

I am currently an Ion main because I mainly play PVE When I go MP I get destroyed by other titans brbrThere was one time a good ION Titan took care of 3 titans during the extraction of the enemy team I was spectatitng him and he destroyed 2 titans and held back the other one till the very end

TBH I think legion is underrated I don't like playing with pilots and titans, so I really played titans only I could kill ronins insanely fast His max tier upgrade is NUTS Ignoring critical damage for an instakill made me play him against pilots too The key is knowing when to use the minigun in precision vs power Also, you can hose a titan, and with full upgrades, kill them with a sneeze Monarch is DEFINITELY the strongest The reason IMHO is the electric smoke It prevents jacks, kills pilots, wrecks titants, and DESTROYS ronins that are too aggressive If you triple stack electric smoke when you see a ronin about to phase, and they come out in the cloud, they will be dead before they can dash out Meanwhile, with 3 electric smokes dropped, your shield regens incredibly fast You can ignore core thief with an electric smoke build and you can carry a TON of smoke charges I think it was 4-6 (I havent played in several years) Stack the boosted gun damage on top of double smoke damage aaaaaand the legion died in 3 seconds

Northstar only has the missle for abilities It's my main, but I feel hover just makes you stand out so monarch and legion players can kill you before you even stop hovering, and the tether trap is absolutely caca Either I literally shoot it at them and it doesn't stick, or they just stick off right away

I agree with the scorch placement, I’m a very big scorch main and it’s really fun for me to be up close and personal and some of my favorite times in that titan I’ve literally seen enemy titans run That’s also happened to me when 2 scorched dropped on me and I ran like hell do as much damage as I could 😂

Ion main here, truly started multiplayer a few days ago Best advice I can really give for her is to play her somewhat like Northstar The tickle-like damage of her Splitter Rifle I feel is more to stack damage between laser shots Hanging back like a Northstar helps further because you have more time to take cover or force them to peak while using laser shot I have went on absolute rampages with her in a few matches She’s simple on the surface, but once you learn her truly, which I’m starting to try and figure out, she can be a pain in the ass to fight against

I play on Xbox and am trying to learn how to play on PC bc I just got my first PC and the difference is amazing On PC titans like scorch are so much better bc I can be so much more accurate, others like monarch (my main) are harder to manage Additionally, evacuating from a titan is much harder, as the increase in accuracy makes it a death sentence in most cases That being said, trying to get used to the movement difference has been a grind I’m not nearly as fast or precise in my movements on PC

The game is so well balanced there’s really no right or wrong answer on who is better It really all depends on the player’s skill Some titans have steeper learning curves that make you think they are shit, like northstar, but when you learn their playstyle they can be just as good as any other titan

one thing i love with titanfall 2 is that in most cases the guns that are worse are more fun, to make it enjoyable to use them as a challenge, rather than just using the better gun Like the grenadier weapons are objectivly worse than running an smg but they are so much more fun

Haven't played in years, but Ronins were op imo Incredibly fast and incredibly powerful Scorch was the most fun Getting multi-kills with it's attack's was always incredibly satisfying
