The water in the receptacle never seems to increase beyond the level initially placed in it (shown at 1:02 & 2:08) even though the inverted hatchery bottle is empty at the end How can that be?

Hi frnds,i have added the tube to the cap but when i flip the bottle over in other water all the water from my upper bottle gets transferred in the lover bottle and it starts overflowing, can anyone tell me what am i doing wrong?
