Hey I need help badly, when I'm in game my l2 botton goes off every 3 seconds with out any actions on the remote, this happens with multiple remotes I have reset windows, reset my controllers, re downloaded driver's and nothing work's Any help is much much appreciated

hi there, I followed this video and when I went into the device manager, when I went into it I had HID-compliant game controller (I assumed this was the same thing i might be wrong) and they were already enabled, BUT my controller still will not show up?
