Why do I need to change the IP address? I've used bridges before that you pair and they work

cpe450 is capable of 6GHz but you have to go into the web UI, disable the DIP switch programming and set the region to "Manufacturer testing"

Anybody know how to do this on a MacBook? Tried to change IP manually on the computer but wouldn’t pick up internet access from the router Looks pretty straight forward for a windows computer Great video, just need in MacBook format

Thanks, you helped me set my cpe 820 up My unit 820 says it can do a gig I have a gig internet at my house and speed testing is about 400 plus with direct cable from router to computer When I install this 820 set in line I only get 130 mbps?? That is with them one foot apart and new short cables Even on my wifi router on 5g I get over 200 mbps Why is that? Any answers are appreciated

I installed a pair of UeeVii CPE-820 this morning I am only going 125' from the house to a shipping container converted to a small shop Since the shipping container is made of all steel it acts like a faraday cage for wireless devices inside when the doors are closed, no signal The CPE-820 was easy to get working and worked well I will be installing a wifi router tomorrow inside the container My big concern is the cheap plastic housing and the little plastic door at the bottom of the unit that covers the ethernet ports I doubt that this little door is fully weather tight or that it will last very long being outside Great video, thanks

I’m in need of help with setting up this bridge system My wifi is Starlink and it was my understanding that I can plug it in and I don’t have to configure anything It seemed to work for a while but it got so the wifi would not connect to the dish If I unplugged the bridge my wifi works So what might be the problem?

What advantages does the Ubiquity version of this device offer for the higher price? Bridging devices are one-trick ponies As long as the pair creates a reliable wireless bridge at the speed you need, why would you need the more expensive versions?
