What I don't understand is that with a helicopter in the sky, why most they drive at break neck speeds? That entices people to drive faster to get away They could run cars on parallel streets ready to block if the suspect turns and would run into a barricade Tactics, not weapons Guns are not a tactic They could let them run out of gas This just seems silly to me

So he decides that getting out of the vehicle and starting a shootout with several police officers But the police put quite a few rounds into him (Great Job) and he is still able to get back into the vehicle and his stupid white female girlfriend decides to take off driving instead of getting out of the vehicle and onto the ground So now she is going to spend sometime behind bars but will get another thug boyfriend when she gets out
