I really admire the ability to actually sit still for long durations becuase i just CANNOTloll but anyways this vid helped alottt altho i was still not able to complete this video fully today becuase its almost 4 am and i ve reached my peak today but ill try my best tomorrow! thankyou so much for this video it really helped me to reach my peak of productivity today!

It's hard for me to focus but once I start to focus I can study for hours brMy exams are near, So I am gonna try this 5 hour study challenge Hope this goes well Wish me luck!brUPDATE: I completed it I started at 10:55 pm and finish at 4:45 pm (Although it's 6 hours lol but that's okay since I have actually studied) I took a pause whenever I get distracted took a walk, took some washroom breaks and a 30 minute lunch break I am feeling super energetic and productivebr(Gonna try this challenge for the next 7 days and trying to update it every time)!!!!!

My toxic trait is that i can do this too (studying for 5 hours without a pause) brAnd I have my last finals of university this week, so I need to really focus brThat's why I'm going to try this out I have everything ready, I'll just take a pause when I need to go to the bathroom Wish me luck!brUpdate: I FINISHED IT!! I paused the video when I got distracted, some of the time listened to a song or so I started at 12:15 pm and finished at 5:50 pm It was really productive and a confidence boost since I found out that I could focus for 5 hours and stay away from my phone for 5 hours
