I created a test app with a "Combined" component that uses three components (Home, Counter, and Weather) brbrWhen the socket connection is lost, it currently prompts a full page reload for restoration Instead, it would be more user-friendly to reload only the affected component while preserving the socket connection Comment from : Mohiyo |

Would be nice a demo about how can we preserve that state during API calls I'm very curious about how deal with GraphQL and this new Blazer Web AppbrbrStrawberry milkshake for example keeps a global state and would be great if we can prerender our page with this intial state, than when the component switch to interactive (WASM/Server) it can fetch new contents from API Comment from : Kalleby Santos |
|
What if OnInitializedAsync contains multiple async subtasks? Will the re-render only happen when all of them complete? Comment from : Aaron Anodide |

Bravo!!! Lot’s of good stuff! 🎉 Comment from : Mattias Engman |

I think I have a grasp on Blazor but starting out I would get lost trying to comprehend Server-Side Rendering and Blazor Server were separate things I like that MS is addressing the terminology but the effort to simplify things may be making it more complicated SSR (Server-Side Rendering) is already a known and accepted term in the industry, so I say keep it I think a better approach would be to scrap the lesser known Blazor Server term in favor of Signalr
br
brI think the most important point is consistency Mixing terms like Server-Side Rendering / Static-Server Rendering and Blazor Server / Signalr creates unnecessary confusion for new adopters Comment from : ADOS Guy |
