I did everything you said Firstly, I had no errors on DISM so everything was fine I had no software issues Sticky keys was off and repeat rate was at it's fastest I run a 6900XT so no need to reduce buffering So yea thanks anyway but this did nothing for me Mouse still feels floaty and I haver slight input lag on both keyboard and mouse
