What if you get too sore doing simple stretches or exercises and take more days to recover? It’s been years since I’ve worked out; even had kids between that time and I’m trying to get back into shape, build muscle, and loose weight but I get too sore doing anything and I do have difficulty doing even the basic of things How do I go about this?

I quit my job so I can reevaluate my goals and make a life I can live with everyday workouts I want to workout 30 minutes to an hour everyday except if I really feel I need a day or two off I need to get more muscle built up because I have hypothyroidism I told my friend this and he said it was nonsense and to only eat meat and fruit lol

I know everyone praises you brBut I wanted to share I broke my disc because of you like 5yrs ago brI saw your video and was doing workout, u said push push don't stop brAnd the squats lead to excruciating pain,click with a broken pivd and lifelong trauma to my mind brI developed ptsd of youtybe workouts and scared to even workout my life changed joana brU don't know what all I went through brbIf u had happened mentioned ,when not to push/b ,my life would have been different brbrI know I'm neglible amongst ur subscribers brI just wanted to share

Endomorphs is my body type I'm 43 years old til April 5'10 tall 181 lbs I want to get to 160lbs I try to workout 6 days a week and do 10000 steps a day I don't know my tdee cause every app tells me different Can you tell me my tdee and how many calories, grams of carbs, fat and protein I should eat a day?

All of this is excellent advice!!! I want to add a few things before you do a fitness plan Think of this a lifestyle plan, a series of habits that you build into your life What that means is, eat healthy nutritionally dense Whole Foods the majority of the time, for example 5 days of the week are all nutrient rich foods and 2 days are mostly nutrient rich foods I would rather workout for 25 minutes on a day were life happens than not workout at all, this means putting in the effort you can over a long period of time is sustainable It doesn’t mean cheat it means do the work you can and give yourself credit for the work you do Long term habits have lasting impacts, this is the power of exponential growth Like anything the more you do it the easier it will be 1) SMART is an acronym for setting goals: Specific, Measurable, achievable, Realistic and Timed Really think about this: focus on one thing that can be measured like losing weight or gaining weight Now would that be possible in two weeks? a month? a year? Is it possible for me to go from never running more than a mile to a marathon in a month? br2) Have a list, read about supplements, equipment, body fat measurement tools, scales and other things needed to achieve your SMART goal 3) Preparations, tape yourself find your body measurements, find your current weight, body fat estimate, heart rate, BMI and what’s healthy for me 4) Proper form learn the movements, learn your craft 5) how many pushups can you do until you fall? How many chin-ups? How many movements of an exercise, or lift? What is the heaviest weight you can lift properly one time? Break that down what’s 50, 60, 70 of that?
