Once I battled COVID, I saw that my hair was falling out more than usual To address this issue I decided to make some positive changes Firstly, I enhanced my diet by adding more protein-rich foods and nutrients Additionally, I made further adjustments I began walking for 20 minutes every day to stay active, and I engaged in meditation for 10 minutes each day to reduce stress In addition to these changes, I added the use of the littleeexstra's cocoonion hair oil into my routine I used it two times a week and left it on for 5 hours prior to washing it off with their gentle and natural shampoo and conditioner Furthermore, I started drinking a daily dose of amala juice every morning Additionally, I made the choice to limit my smoking and drinking I now only indulge once per month when socializing with friends Thanks to all of these adjustments, my hair fall reduced I want to express my gratitude to everyone for their encouragement 🙃
