Please, tell me how to fix screen tearing I installed the old one too and am running it at 1080p ultra It gives me 60-90 fps but the screen tears too much if I don't use Vsync If I use it, it caps frames at 60 fps My monitor is 144hz I've tried using Nvidia control panel and it doesn't make vsync have more than 60fps I have Anti aliasing(In game) set to max

You need a new cpu 100 In some games going from 3090 TI to 4090 with a 58003d i saw NO fps gains, even in some games like hitman you get LESS fps 58003d bottlenecks the hell out of the 4090 Also you can search tests and see that 4090 with ddr5 vs ddr4 saw up to 18 fps gain using ddr5

In 2022 raytracing is just not necessary All it does is add a few shiny bits here and there, reflections become mirrors instead of diffuse and adds a couple of variations in shadows and that's about it Hardly something you are going to notice when playing a game And Nvidia wants to charge you double what their cards are worth for that

Well I've played original Crysis on my 8600GT 256mb with 1024p resolution on high settings without problems (40fps) and when my PC was upgraded in 2010 it was GTX460 1GB - same settings, same framerate but in 720p

My current rig could this game at 720p at the lowest possible settings and get between 8 and 20 frames a second Max frames per second is around 28 or so Never saw it hit 30 1 lows were around 3 frames per second on average and yes on many occasions it froze up at one frame every 2 or 3 secondsbrbrNvidia, the only way it can be played Mowy mims!

Hol up you ran Crysis at over 70 fps in b*4K*/b max settings buddy the iworld/i hasn't caught up with 4K And in fact, when the game was made 4K wasn't even close to being a thing But anyway, 1080p is the standard right now still, so if you ran Crysis at over 70fps in 4K, you could probably get twice as many fps in 1080p which means, it's over we found the legendary GPU, CPU combo that can run Crysis The meme can now be put to rest

With these games you should watch the first core or 2 as they often don't thread very well so even at 30 CPU usage you can be cpu bottle-necked!
