His defination of liquid security and the investment community's definition are not the same thing Bitcoin is not liquid Trading volumes and volatility patterns indicate it is not liquid Any sizable sale of bitcoin can see its price drop thousands of dollars It is among the least liquid securities out there It is an interesting speculative asset but never confuse it with being liquid
