I LOVE my Discover it Cash Back card 2nd non secured card I've ever had, also the highest limit card I've ever had at $8K from the start Only had it a few months and I use it regularly The cash back rewards are adding up, the app is so easy to use and you are right about their customer service Only 2 times I had to call them and was because of an error I made, both representatives were so professional, super friendly, they talked to me like we've been friends for years And they're very knowledgeable and answer your questions with great detail I was always hesitant about getting a Discover card because of a friend of mine who always complains about the high interest on his However he did run up the balance and only makes the minimum payments each month I took the chance and applied 7 months into building my credit Immediately approved for $8K I was so happy I had my Mom apply for one and she got it too Very happy to be part of the Discover family and can't wait to try for other cards in the future!

Discover uses "float pay", meaning for "8 Business Days" after they receive my payment, I cannot use my card Chase also does this, but theirs is 8 regular days

I called Discover and Chase and ask if there is an option that will activate automatically every quarter so I dont have to do it manually every quarter They told me there is no option to do that Is there a reason why they make us do it manually every quarter?

I have a pretty thin credit profile I’ve been working on repairing my credit these past couple of months and my score has went way over 100 pts in a couple of months I’m now in the 600’s and Fico a 657 and i was approved for a 2k credit limit This is my 2nd unsecured credit card I have a Capital One unsecured, and Capital one secured Working on getting into the mid/ high 700’s in 2023 so i can apply for Amex next 📈🥂

I will definitely don't recommend this credit card, I have a 800 FICO and right went the pandemic began, they send me a cancellation note for no reason, and I did not owe anything not a penny, so don't expect much from this credit card, 👎👎👎👎
