My friend has about $600 in sales on her square account, they deactivated her without releasing the fund, we tried to call, email and text, no result No direct number to call, only so called community! We spent tons of time on this already Frustrating! She is still not able to transfer her money from her square account for two months already! We would really appreciate if someone can reply back with us, we try to contact someone from your team, but there is no number for us to call There was one rep emailed back and forth, however; nothing was resolved, nothing was done We are so frustrated! Please help us by connecting us with the appropriate department Thank you for your attention We messaged them from messenger, no one replied by far! Can we trust square????????????

The Square Reader USED to be the best small business device for credit card processing Now that the new credit rules are in effect beginning January 1st, 2020, the Square Reader ceases to be of any use at all Their business registration requirements offer no "live" customer service help so that YOU are left wondering what to do on how to submit the required docs! Fuck Square!

Now that you have the hardware, are there any sort of standardized fees or charges associated with the transaction from financial institutions? Typically banks do implement service fees for such a thing It would certainly be great if that wasn't the case Also do you need to have an official 'business' account for eftpos? It would be slightly misleading to suggest that the availability of the hardware is all that's necessary to facilitate eftpos and credit transactions
