Core temps about 58c on my 3060ti hot spots and 60c on my 3080s Memory hotspots on the other hand stay around 78c-80c This is in summer with 105F outside and about 80-81F inside ambient Using a tent to keep heat down Tent temp is about 88F

You can just use GPU-Z (Like CPU-Z, but for GPUs) HW Info is very complex and GPU-Z shows these relevant sensors instantly

Sorry to inform you that "hotspot" is actually a formal term of the hotest spot on the die So it's definitely not your VRAM temp There is still a high probability that the VRAM is on pretty high temp

hey I have a question,brmy 3070 stays at 30 fan no matter what i manually set it to it says the GPU is 50C and that the hotspot is 65c but does that necessarily mean my VRAM is is cold?bri'm scared that the vram is actually sitting at 90c-100c while the GPU it self is 65c meaning that i'm cooking my vram with the fan curve

I checked the hotspot on the backplate of my 3070 ventus x3 with a temp gun and it gets as high as 51c I'd imagine there's a slight difference between the plate and the actual memory, but given the gpu die reads 44c, and the backplate is around 47-51c, I would have to say the memory is running around 55c while hitting 62mh This is at 65 fan speed Seems like a waste to push the fans higher on a non gddr6x with a 3 fan gpu

My MSI 3070 Ventus 2x is running at 63MH/s on ethash GPU temp is 39ºC and hotspot is 53ºC whith fan speed at 100 and ambient temp 21ºC I am so happy with my 3070 :D

I have GPU-Z 2370 and it shows a hotspot reading 3070 xc3 ultra using precision x1 with core -600, memory 1200, tdp 55, and fan left on auto Nicehash quickminer at 60ish mh/s gpu temp shows high 56 low 57s, hot spot hovering close to 70

My 3090 sits around 104°c! But everything I found when they released the update for 3090 memory awhile back said as long as it doesn't hit 110°c it doesn't throttle and that seems to be true for mebrI'll try out the beta for my 3070s todaybrCheers dude!
