Ethiopia is a basket case of a nation, with an average IQ of 68, one of the lowest on the planet As much as I respected the Cardano Foundation for trying to make a difference in Ethiopia, as an investor I'm not at all bothered that they are parting ways

So close On the 27th of April 2021 the partnership was established It was expressed that the implementation of this project would be released before the end of 2022 which is when the Russian invasion occured But yes, there hasn't been many updates lately
