I seem to have the same takeaway from this as Anthem Destiny 2 failed me at launch by having next to no content after the main story and after maxing my 3 chars and the first raid being a bore I was done Anthem had even worse going for it as you just recycled the same gear over and over with minor stat changes This sadly looks like maybe a poor mix of the two, and I hope it is not
