Most iceberg orders are Institutional algos programmed to execute large positions by instantly stacking the bids/offers as soon as a large number of orders hits the tape

Looks like a BSD decided to sweep a few levels of offers and sell back to them as they puke brbrI believe ZN is still pro rata matching, which creates the inflated limit order sizes that would incentivize this kinda thing
