The BTC ATM had poor ink and now it's faded and I can only use the private and public keys (cuz i wrote them separately) so how do I transfer with just the keys??????????? Thanks, ya'll

yes keep a paper wallet in a safe place but also etch all that info into a steel blank to guard against fire and water damage like ColdTi for instance

Tech question If the keys and password are generated offline, how is the password later "known" by the online wallets or exchanges when you "spend"??brAlso can I "spend" a portion of the paper wallet total, or must I move or "spend" all funds under that public key?

After you have rebooted & you're back online again, you are opening your browser with the paper wallet address info, so isn't it now exposed to the internet potentially defeating the purpose of disconnecting in the first place, plus a virus that sat on the hard drive could have stored that info locally till you reconnected anyway, right?
