GTA V fps>>>>> GTA IV fps Even if you have a potato PC you'll be able to run GTA V smoothly af GTA IV's optimization sucks I had a PC with Nvidia GTX 660 2GB video card,12 GB DDR 4 RAM and 4th gen core i5 processor I got only 20-30 fps while playing that sh*t I played GTA V on the same PC and got 60-70 average fps Even the modern system properties won't fix the lag of GTA IV🙄

8gb is the minimum in 2023 and recommended for 1080p gaming is 16gb and for not stutterring and 4k for most games is 32gb
